bugfix - added macOS dylibs
macOS dylibs were missing from previous build. These are identical to the vanilla HL2 episodic ones, because recompiling my code change would require an Apple Developer Account to use Xcode and that single-frame-of-pop-in fix isn't worth $100 to me sorry, LOL.
