New build: handle E1M8 and E2M8-style level exits


  • Changed basic method of level exit detection to catch things like E1M8 style "special level exit sector that fires when player drops below 10 health" exits as well as E2M8 style "exit level when a certain monster dies" exits. Non-vanilla levels use these in the middle of episodes and this new build should work with those. (Technical note: the strip inventory behavior now fires on EventHandler.WorldUnloaded; previously it fired on WorldLineActivated.)
