- Ultimate Doom + SIGIL should use FLOOR7_2 as the screen border graphic, all other episodes should use GRNROCK.
- Fix REQUIEM.WAD SKY3 not appearing correctly; some subtle adjustments to Doom 2 sky detection logic.
- No longer necessary to extract TEXTURE1 and PNAMES lumps from doom2.wad.
